Gold Piccadilly Update!

We last gave you an update on this car when we had given it a bare shell strip and spot blasted the strong points of the car.

Well, since then it’s had a Mk1 front and rear conversion! This included changing the bonnet hinges to pins, adding a toe board reinforcement plate, smoothing the top dash rail and having a battery tray delete in the boot.

There’s still a host of further custom work to be done on Piccadilly, including inserting a rear anti-roll bar and adding lightweight door hinges. Watch this space for the complete re-panelling before it goes to paint!
